Vic Topo, M.S.W., is currently the President/CEO of the Center for Life Management, the largest provider of behavioral health services in its region of Southern New Hampshire. In his thirteen year tenure there, Vic has led his board and staff by placing high importance on growing services and revenues with added focus on innovation and technology. Under his leadership, a new state-of-the-art facility was built in 2007. Prior to coming to CLM, Vic served as the CEO of Pathways, a community mental health agency in Mentor, Ohio, for eleven years. His twenty-nine years of experience also includes direct service provision to severely mentally ill clients.
Vic is a graduate of Siena College in upstate New York and completed his Masters in Social Work at West Virginia University. He has served on numerous boards in his career, including United Way, Chamber of Commerce, Behavioral Health Network, among others.
Vic is interested in using his blog to share ideas regarding topics that include clinical issues in behavioral health, leadership/management issues, technology trends, integration of mental health and physical health and non-profit issues.
